Returns
Our return policy is in effect for 30 days. (Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges from your initial order, or return charges to our warehouse.) If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items purchased from a reseller, studio, or online must be returned to the place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • Item was purchased directly from ZaZa Meditation or zazameditation.com
  • Item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that it was received (excluding manufacturing defects)
  • Proof of Purchase must be provided
  • Any returns received outside of our 30 Day Return Policy will be subject to an additional handling fee

A. Change of Mind Returns:
We will honor your request for a refund for “A change of Mind/Regret reason” if we are notified within 15 days of your receipt of your order and the product is returned to us within 30 days (after order receipt). The following conditions apply:

1. Item is not damaged or has been used in any way and is returned in its initial packaging – dirt and soil free.

2 Item arrives at our receiving location:

Prepaid and within the 30 day return window. You will receive a full refund (less our shipping costs to you) applied as a credit to your form of payment or at your choice – a store credit.

B. Warranty Claim:
We will provide a full refund for valid warranty claims for all items ordered from us if we are notified within 30 days of your receipt of your order and the product is returned to us within 45 days (after order) receipt. The following conditions apply:

1. Item will be examined by our Quality Control team and if it is found not to be damaged and verified to meet our standard of excellence, a full credit refund will be applied to your initial form of payment or at your choice: – Item will be replaced or a store credit will be offered. Items not meeting our standard of quality through damage, soiling, or misuse will not be refunded.

Items are to be prepaid and within the 30 day return window. If your warranty claim is deemed to be valid, you will receive a full refund ( including your return shipping costs to us).

To complete your return for the above reasons, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the complete item and all its component parts to be returned to us.

Refund Information:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in this timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at zazameditation@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our manufacturing process or during shipping to you. If you desire to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at zazameditation@gmail.com with a full explanation and send your item(s) to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will contact you to determine the best way to satisfy you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for valid warranty claims).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
